    • Described in the article are main aspects concerning manufacture of the hydraulic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tube with HCC bloom; including the equipment; manufacturing process and the rolling performance. With a comparision of the said process with traditional process for the said tube, elements responsible for the low yield of the latter are analyzed, based on which, critical points concerning success in making the hydrualic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tubes with HCC blooms are put forward.
