Study and Design of Adaptive Steel Pipe Outer Surface Derusting System

In order to meet the requirement for outer surface rust-removing for steel pipes with different diameters,an adaptive system for this purpose is developed.The said derusting system is not only capable of synchronous linear adjustment of the derusting operation radius and center elevation,but also has the function of automatic adapting as per steel pipe diameter change,resulting in reduction of the labor assisting time and labor intensity,and great enhancement of productivity.
