    Improving Piercer Feed Angle to Enhance Piercing Effeciency

    • Described in the article are the changing of feed angle of the Φ90 mm piercing mill located at Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Xinyu I & S Complex, Jiangxi Province and effectiveness of the change. Relevant operation shows that owing to the change of the feed angle piercing efficiency has been increased, net rolling time reduced, and unit energy consumption lowed.
