STROKE-CONTROLLING SYSTEM FOR PIERCER PLUGBAR CARRIAGE

The briefing involves the modification of the stroke-controlling system for the plugbar carriage of the piercer in the Φ100mm plug pipe mill line at Panshi Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Tonghua I & S Co. As a result of the said modification,the control system is capable of accurate positioning, easy adjustment and safe controlling of the plugbar carriage.
