    Application of Advanced Quality Planning for Improving Straightness Quality of Anti-SSC Pipes

    • Elaborated in the article is the significance of the advanced product quality planning(APQP).Analyzed are the implementation mode of the APQP of the company, and the specific application of the APQP for improving primary qualification rate of straightness of anti-SSC pipes by means of the major core APQP tools, i.e., process flow chart, process failure mode and consequence analysis, and control plan.The application result demonstrates that owing to application of the APQP quality tools, the product quality is bettered, the primary qualification rate of the anti-SCC pipe increased from the original 80.0%to 95.7%., and the company's management level, cost effectiveness and economic benefit enhanced.
