Research on Improving Quality of Argon-shielded Tungsten Arc Welded Light-wall Stainless Steel Pipe

Addressing the pipe quality problems occurring in the operation of the production line imported by Jinzhou Municipal Steel Tube Plant, Liaoning Province from Japan for production of argon-shielded tungsten arc welded light wall stainless steel pipes, analysis and investigations are made, and root causes of the said problems are identified, accordingly actions are taken to prevent the recurrence of the said problems. Also described in the paper are the actually used welding technological parameters and the result therefrom.
