    Influence by Thermal Aging on Deformation Ability of X80 SAW Pipe

    • Owing to the application of X80 linepipes,the operation pressure for the pipeline is enhanced.Therefore for the strain-based design(SBD) of pipeline,it is necessary to make measurement of the strain ability of the SAW pipe.And in such measurement,the influence by thermal aging on yielding acts as a key element.During the research,full-dimension pipe bending test and finite element analysis(FEA) are conducted in a bid to identify the influence by thermal aging on the strain ability of the X80 UOE line SAW pipe;and the strain vs strain requirement is studied with FEA method.
