    Influences on Tubular Dimensional Accuracy by Different Drawing Processes

    • It is known that as being used for precision equipment purpose, the hi-precision tubular is required to have high surface quality (particularly the inner surface quality) and very tight permissible tolerance of inner diameter. Briefed is the current situation of tube production and the development prospect of hi-precision tubular products;analyzed is the influences on dimensional accuracy of such tubular by different drawing processes. Described are the application of computerized simulation technique to research on the drawing processes, and relevant simulation results.
