Research and Development Status of Manufacturing and Processing Technology of Titanium Alloy Oil Country Tubular Goods

Comprehensively elaborated in the paper are such aspects as the research achievements both at home and abroad concerning tianium alloy OCTG，the commonly-used alloys as well as their chemical composition.Also discussed are the key processes in manufacturing/processing titanium alloy OCTG （i.e.，alloy design and steel making，tube manufacturing process，heat treatment，and design，machining and surface treatment of threads），as well as the current situation of the production，research，development and standard system at home.The future research orientation is also pointed out.
