Upgrades of Technical Equipment of Spiral Weld Pipe Production Lines

Aiming at producing excellent weld pipes to sharpen the product competitive edges of itself, Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.has carried out modifications of the technical equipment of its three weld pipe production lines in succession, including employment of a laser auto-tracking system for internal-external weld inspection and material tracking of spiral weld pipe, replacement of the original circular shearer with a trimming machine for strip edge conditioning, using a buckle guide plate as strip guiding and forming device and adding horizontal rollers between the uncoiling machine and the five-high leveling machine, etc.As a result, both the product quality and the company's product competitiveness are significantly enhanced.
