PRODUCTION PROCESS OF 20~108mm DIAMETER THICK-WALLED STAINLESS STEEL PIPE

The key points of piercing, cold deformation and heat-treatment process of 20~108mm ×4~10mm thick-walled stainless steel pipes are presented. The properties of the products produced with the process can meet the requirements of specifications, and can be qualified up to 89.5% by only once intergranular corrosion.
