Modification of Automatic Temperature Control System for Solid Solution Treatment Furnace

With employment of the close-loop control system and the PID temperature-adjustment control method,the automatic temperature control system is designed for the solid solution treatment furnace for stainless steel seamless tubes to get the temperature thereof controlled consistently.Described in the paper are the working process and the control circuit of the said automatic temperature control system.
