Research & Development of Seamless Steel Tube for Lattice Framed Structure Service

Abstract
The paper describes all the major aspects relating to the seamless steel tube for lattice framed structure service, including the development trend of the said product, the process which involves producing the steel for the said tube by means of adding proper amount of microalloying elements in the manganese low carbon steel and the chemical composition thereof and the influences on the structure and properties of the said seamless steel tube by heating schedule, material deformation during tube rolling and post-rolling cooling speed. The research result shows that consistent normal capacity of the said product has been available via relative massive production with several manufacture processes developed by the company and continuous improvement thereof.
