AN APPROACH TO INCREASE W. T. ACCURACY OF STEEL TUBES MADE WITH PLUG PIPE MILL

It is emphasized that W. T. accuracy as one of the technical requirements for tubes by the plug mill is rather difficult to be controlled. Based on the analysis concerning the elements responsible for W. T. accuracy of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill installed at Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Anyang I & S Group Co., Ltd.,relevant measures are proposed for improving the W. T. accuracy of the said mill line.
