Abstract

Based on an overall review over the general situations about steel tubular goods production, consumption and applicable areas both at home and abroad, the author makes a proposal about the domestic steel tubular product output proportion in the total steel product output and home-made seamless pipe to welded pipe output ratio by the year of 2, 000.
