Prospect of Techniques for Phosphating and Lubricating Cold-rolled（drawn）Steel Pipes

Generally analyzed are development of the phosphating and lubricating techniques as used in production of cold-rolled(drawn)seamless steel pipes in China.The domestic development of the said tech-niques experienced three stages,i.e.,the initial stage,the middle stage and the quick-development stage.Anal-ysis are made to the technical formulation for the phosphating and lubrication treatment and pipe quality resulting from such treatments at each of the said three stages.The basis for selecting of the phosphating solution for the cold-rolled(drawn)pipes are put forward,and the development trend of the said techniques are forecast.
