    • Addressing the issue of control of motor speed-torque synchronization for the mandrel pipe mill,different schemes for motor speed-torque synchronization are discussed with consideration of satisfaction to different process requirements. i.e.,rigid load,incomplete load and non-rigid load. It is regarded via the analysis that the load balance statuses of the Φ180 mm PQF pipe mill are complicated and multiple,each may needs pinpointed solution scheme;and that it is possible to achieve hi-precision and hi-quality control of the steel pipe manufacturing equipment by means of the above mentioned motor speed- torque electric synchronous control.
