Measurement Scale for Measuring Out-of-squareness of Oil/Gas-linepipe

The conventional methods for measuring out-of-squareness of the steel pipe as cut-off have some limitations in terms of maneuverability and measurement accuracy. Accordingly,a new type measurement scale for the same purpose is designed. Instead of the plug gauge,the new scale is in fact a micrometer attached with a leveling device. The micrometer is inserted into the sliding rail,and thus enabled to move up and down on the master scale. This structure makes the said new measurement scale featuring high operation flexibility and high measurement accuracy,being very practical.
