ANALYSIS OF DRAWBACKS IN DESIGN OF SCREW OF STEEL TUBE HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION LINE

Based on an analysis of the original design of the imported steel tube hot-dip galvanization line,theoretic verification of the design’s drawbacks was made. Measures for improvement addressing the drawbacks were taken. As a result, no tube bending produced in dipping operation, increasing quality,output and yield of the galvanized tubes.
