Roll Gap Adjustment of Groove Series for Continuous Rolling Mill

In case of failure to get required wall thickness by adjusting the roll gap,transverse inhomogeneity of wall thickness will get more serious,negatively influencing the dimensional accuracy of the pipe.Based on research on the calculation method concerning adjustment amount of roll gap for groove series of the continuous rolling mill and negative influence thereby on pipe transverse wall thickness homogeneity,related math model is worked out and examples are described.
