OCCURRENCE OF ELECTRIC ARC BLOWING DEVIATION AND CONTROL OF IT

Analyzed in the paper are the elements responsible for occurrence of electric arc magnetic blowing deviation and the amount thereof. Also described here is how magnetic blowing deviation influences welding quality. In addition, the author proposes measures for controlling magnetic blowing deviation from the view point of design and operation, and necessary cautions, which are directive to welding operation and significant for improving welding quality as well.
