Abstract

Different failures of 42MnMo7 oil well pipe are analyzed, and chemical composition of the non-quenched/tempered steel (F-N80) proposed. Based on relevant industrial experiments, the chemical composition and rolling schedule of the F-N80 oil well pipe are set up.
