  • Based on the result of the trial operation with the φ50mm two-high rotary piercer to produce GH600 Alloy Steel shells,it is concluded that satisfactory GH600 Alloy Steel shells will be available by means of proper piercing/rolling process,controlled heating temperature and plug temperature,Details of the said experimental piercing are given in the paper.
