Design of Roll for Corrugated Oval Welded Pipe

Based on analysis of shape of the corrugated oval welded pipe, the exact circumference of the pipe is calculated with the tool software named Methematica, and dimensions of roll groove of each individual stand are deduced mathematically, resulting in complete design of the roll grooves for the corrugated oval welded pipe. It has been proven that the groove design method is reasonable, the calculation is accurate and the design itself is effective.
