Determination and Optimization of Manufacturing Process for Roll Assembly of Three-roll Sizing Mill

Elaborated in the paper are the structure and main technical data of the roll assembly of the three-roll sizing mill.Based on analysis of the difficult points in manufacturing of the roll proper and the inner sleeve,the detailed manufacturing process is determined.Also analyzed are the problems as encountered with in the trial manufacturing period,and relevant technological actions as taken.Finally,the entire manufacturing process of the product is optimized,having resulted in satisfactory effect.
