DEVELOPMENT OF LIGHT-DUTY Φ50mm TUBE WELDER

As a new type tube welder the light-duty Φ50mm gantry tube welder is developed on the basis of the jib type tube welder. It has such advantages as sophisticated design, easy operation procedure, energy-saving and high efficiency. The structural features and shortcomings of the jib type welder are discussed, while the said light-duty welder's technological parameters is presented. The newly developed tube welder is a good choice for welded-tube makers in case of replacing their existing jib type tube welding machines.
