AN APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF “BULGE” IN MPM PROCESS

In MPM process the wall thickness variation which is out of tolerance range is ma-inly caused by the "bulge". In the article stress is given to the effects of ubricant conditions,pass design,tool state,specified tension and its regulation on the"bulge".Some process measures for eliminating the "bulge" are presented。
