R & D of T23 Hi-pressure Boiler Tube

Described here in the paper is the R & D of the T23 hi-pressure boiler steel tube made by Baoshan I & S Co., Ltd., covering details of testing of hi-temperature tensile strength, creep rupture strength and oxidation-resistance, etc. The test results demonstrate that the said boiler tube is of consistent properties, having met all the relevant requirements as specified in the specification of ASME SA-213 and being applicable to manufacturing large capacity boiler for power plant purpose.
