Application of Digital Welding System to SAWH Pre-welding Operation Line

Described in the article is the digital welding system as used on the pre-welding operation line of a domestic large-scale steel tube plant. Detailed are the configuration and work principle of the system. Furthermore, the advantages of the digital welding system are elaborated, including multi-purpose suitability, flexibility, remoteoperation function, high accuracy and quick response, etc. Finally, it is introduced how the system contributes to improvement of the tube quality in actual operation.
