    Qualification of Prototype Batch of Nuclear-classified Heat Exchanger Conducting Pipes

    • Following relevant requirements under French nuclear power standard RCC-M,qualification of prototype batch of the nuclear-classified heat exchanger conducting pipes is performed. The actual manufacture conditions,process flow and process parameters of the said pipes are studied and verified,which leads to establishment of the guideline for in-batch manufacture of such pipes in a bid to fix the manufacturing process and process parameters for making the pipes. Meanwhile,a List of Defects is set up according to various types of defects as occurring during the manufacturing process. All the above mentioned activities shall eventually ensure that the product quality is improved,and the fabrication project schedule is followed.
