MATHEMATICAL MODEL RESEARCH ON NON-DIE DRAWING OF THERMAL COUPLING CASING

Described in the article are the formation technique and manufacturing process of non-die drawing of thermal coupling casing.Based on research on mechanism of non-die drawing deformation of thermal coupling casing,law of drawing speed variation was analyzed, and the mathematical model for non-die drawn casing established. The experiment shows that the mathematical model is of simple structure and capable of providing accurate and consistent data,being valuable in application.
