Influence of Steel Plate Quality on SAWL Tube

The technical parameters of the steel plates for SAWL tubes and their influence on the quality of the tubes are introduced，and the requirements for the uniformity and stability of these parameters are analyzed.It is pointed out that the noticeable dispersion of the steel plate technical parameters is a main factor that influnces the SAWL production during a mass production.To improve the quality of steel plates and SAWL tubes，it is important to enhance the study on the steel plate rolling process，and to reduce the dispersion of the steel plate technical parameters.
