INVESTIGATION OF MATERIAL-FEEDING IN FORMATION OF STRIP STEEL WITH CONTINUOUS ROLL COLD-BENDING PROCESS

The investigation focuses on the loading state of the strip during the course of feeding in the bending process. It is concluded that to get the strip engaged with the top/bottom rolls straight and evenly,the strip has to be lifted with a certain distance, while a given pinch force must be applied to it.
